These terms define the conditions of membership with Doxandem ASBL, a non-profit association registered in Belgium under company number 1019.552.059, with its registered office at Rue de Noéchamps 19, 5640 Biesme.
By becoming a member, you join a solidarity network whose mission is to support local projects in partner countries while living immersive experiences with host families.
Membership gives you access to:
The membership fee is €10 per month, with no commitment or duration requirement.
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe, as a recurring subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time, free of charge, using your personal link or by emailing info@doxandem.com.
When staying with a partner host family, a daily fee is added to your membership.
The exact amount is specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the location or type of accommodation.
This fee is also paid via Stripe, either at the time of booking or at the beginning of the stay, according to the terms provided.
You may cancel or modify your stay free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of departure, the daily fee remains due for the first 3 nights.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, but your member status remains active until the end of the current month.
All payments are processed through the secure Stripe platform, certified PCI-DSS compliant.
Doxandem does not have access to your banking information.
A receipt will be sent to you by email for each transaction.
Membership in Doxandem is based on values of respect, solidarity, and commitment.
Any behavior contrary to these values may result in the suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
Immersive stays are undertaken at your own risk. Doxandem cannot be held responsible in the event of an incident during your stay.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may access or request the deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to info@doxandem.com.
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Doxandem ASBL.
